HVAC Design Technician

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial proposals and cost estimates for cooling, air conditioning, heating, and plumbing projects.
• Study client needs in collaboration with Account Managers to propose technical variations.
• Estimate the human and material resources required for project execution.
• Create technical execution files, sizing calculations, and layout plans using AutoCAD.
• Prepare technical memorandums for commercial offers.
• Perform on-site surveys and measurements when necessary.

Requirements

• Training in Thermal Engineering or equivalent experience as a self-taught professional.
• Previous experience in a similar technical design or engineering role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawing and layout.
• Strong ability to adapt to different project environments.
• Excellent argumentation and communication skills to support technical proposals.
