HVAC Design Office Technician

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial proposals and cost estimates for refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, and plumbing projects.
• Study client needs in collaboration with the Group Manager and propose technical variations.
• Estimate the human and material resources required for project execution.
• Create execution files, sizing calculations, and layout/routing plans using CAD software.
• Prepare technical memorandums for commercial offers.
• Perform on-site surveys and measurements when necessary.

Requirements

• Training in climate engineering (HVAC) or experienced self-taught professional.
• Previous experience in a similar design office or technical role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawing and layout.
• Strong ability to adapt to different project environments.
• Excellent argumentation and communication skills for client interaction.
