HVAC Design Cum Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and technical specifications for HVAC systems.
• Analyze technical drawings to provide accurate material and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress, write reports, and ensure completion within budget and timelines.
• Negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure optimal pricing.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek new clients through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and handle client objections.
• Collaborate with the internal team to achieve business growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional work experience in HVAC design or sales.
• Proven ability to analyze technical drawings and provide cost estimations.
• Strong skills in vendor negotiation and market research.
• Excellent client presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage project lifecycles from design to execution.
