HVAC Design and Construction Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and field investigations for commercial HVAC equipment replacement projects.
• Perform design work, including drawing creation and technical documentation.
• Manage estimation, cost calculation, and the preparation of proposal materials and quotes.
• Oversee construction management post-order, including subcontractor management, scheduling, and safety management.
• Act as a site representative to ensure project completion and prepare final documentation.
• Support sales teams in proposing replacements for various systems, including chillers, package air conditioners, and multi-split systems.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Class 1).
• Pipe Construction Management Engineer certification (1st or 2nd class).
• Basic PC skills, including proficiency in CAD and Excel (tables, graphs, and basic functions).
• Strong communication skills and leadership potential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in design, estimation, or construction management within a general contractor, sub-contractor, or architectural firm.
• Specific industry experience in HVAC design and construction management.
• Additional certifications related to air conditioning and climate control systems.
