HVAC Counter Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and expert advice on HVAC systems, parts, and accessories
• Process sales transactions and manage customer accounts using POS systems
• Maintain accurate inventory records and restock shelves
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability
• Stay updated on HVAC technologies, industry trends, and local building codes
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Support marketing initiatives and promotions
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and counter area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Proficiency with POS and inventory management software
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings
