About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain job files for each project throughout its duration
  • Optimize projects through product selection, specifications, plans, estimates, proposals, value engineering, and redesigns
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
  • Communicate with owners, architects, MEP consultants, and general, mechanical, and electrical contractors
  • Organize project data for order entry and respond to IOM and submittal requests
  • Read, understand, and interpret building plans and specifications
  • Determine project requirements and constraints to meet customer expectations for system design, installation, and maintenance
  • Investigate concerns, implement corrective actions, and communicate with customers and coworkers to maximize satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or Electrical)
  • Working knowledge of MEP consulting, architecture, design, CAD, general contracting, mechanical contracting, or construction
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, manage ambiguity, and handle high-volume projects
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
