HVAC Clean room Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform heat load calculations for industrial buildings using E-20 Excel sheets
• Design duct routing, sizing, and ESP calculations using Duct Sizer software
• Prepare comprehensive AutoCAD HVAC drawings, including supply, return, and exhaust layouts
• Develop detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for ducts, fittings, grills, and equipment
• Select suitable HVAC equipment based on specific load requirements and system design
• Manage HVAC design and execution for pharmaceutical cleanrooms (ISO Class 8 & 9)
• Perform airflow calculations based on required ACH and room classification
• Design pressure cascades for classified rooms
• Support the installation, balancing, and commissioning of AHUs and duct systems
• Coordinate with cleanroom vendors regarding HEPA filters and related components

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in HVAC design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for HVAC drawing preparation
• Expertise in heat load calculations and duct routing/sizing
• Experience handling cleanroom HVAC projects
• Strong knowledge of GMP and ISO standards
• Ability to develop accurate BOQs
