HVAC Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Pilot HVAC and multi-technical maintenance projects and contracts across multiple sites in Alsace
• Manage projects from study and estimation to completion and handover
• Plan interventions and coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensure technical, administrative, financial, and contractual follow-up of business affairs
• Develop and maintain close relationships with clients to anticipate their needs
• Analyze performance indicators and monitor contract profitability
• Optimize human, material, and financial resources to ensure operational performance
• Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements and internal procedures

Requirements

• Higher education in HVAC, maintenance, engineering, or project management
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business management, project management, or contract management
• Experience in HVAC, multi-technical maintenance, or industrial services
• Proficiency in technical, economic, and contractual business management
• Proficiency with office tools and management software
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding environment
