HVAC Branch/Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales and operations for the local HVAC branch, including P&L and budget oversight
• Create and maintain a culture of "Zero Harm" to ensure employee and contractor safety
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high-quality service and product delivery
• Lead, develop, and train branch employees through coaching and performance evaluations
• Maintain inventory control with a goal of 98% SKU accuracy
• Manage shipping, receiving, and product selection functions for the location
• Oversee pricing, margins, and factory warranty policy administration

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in branch or warehouse operational management
• 3+ years of experience in customer service
• Previous experience in the HVAC industry

• Strong leadership, sales, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows software
• Excellent decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong analytical abilities and a positive human relations orientation
