HVAC Branch Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day tactical local service business processes to ensure high customer satisfaction and positive business results
• Manage and supervise the service business support team, including account management, asset management, invoicing, and service order posting
• Partner with Truck Based Service Managers and Customer Service Representatives to meet financial objectives through accurate forecasting and analysis
• Provide coaching and support to branch service teams regarding business best practices and service applications
• Implement and maintain delivery standards to drive sustainable and profitable growth
• Prioritize work activities based on financial impact to achieve desired business goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of service industry management experience, specifically in service operations or dispatch/scheduling
• Experience with basic project accounting or costing principles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external clients
• Proven ability to work independently with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage a large and diverse number of projects, tasks, and issues simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to influence diverse teams to accomplish goals
