HVAC Apprentice Installer

Responsibilities

• Install new heat pump systems alongside experienced Installers
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systems
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams on the product and processes
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions

Requirements

• Completion of 6-12 months of a recognized HVAC program or 1-2 years of related experience
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification
• Valid unrestricted Driver's License
• Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and building codes
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow OSHA Electrical and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience related to HVAC system install or service
• Experience with modern tools, including AI, to automate and make your day more efficient
