Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily needs and direct care support
• Serve lunch and dinner in the restaurant according to set menus
• Prepare and facilitate social activities such as walking groups and movie nights
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and the restaurant
• Collaborate with residents, relatives, and colleagues to ensure a welcoming environment

Requirements

• Documented Norwegian language skills at minimum B2 level or equivalent
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
• Valid police certificate without remarks must be presented before start date
• Valid work and residence permit in Norway
• Engaged caregiver with passion for health and elderly care
