Hunter, Site Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site acquisition activities to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to established deadlines
• Perform field prospecting to identify and evaluate potential properties based on technical, commercial, and strategic criteria
• Consolidate and present technical information to relevant internal departments
• Gather and validate all necessary documentation for contract signing, ensuring compliance with legal standards
• Interact with Engineering, Legal, and Licensing departments to ensure information integrity and process fluidity
• Prospect licensable candidates in compliance with municipal, state, and federal legislation
• Monitor negotiation progress and acquisition stages, reporting status and potential risks to coordination
• Participate in lease contract negotiations, including condominium assemblies
• Support licensing activities during field visits and inspections
• Travel as required to support site acquisition goals

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in site acquisition or real estate prospecting, preferably within the telecommunications sector
• Proficiency with Google Earth and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of licensing processes, regularization, and contract negotiation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and work effectively in the field
• Availability for frequent travel
