Humanoid Robot Operator

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful operations of the robot in the field or on customer sites
• Follow proper equipment and robot maintenance procedures, including bring-up and shutdown
• Run the robot, identify bugs and problems, and relay feedback to the appropriate teams
• Track, document, and escalate issues to engineering teams using Jira
• Adhere to all safety procedures related to robot and teleoperation equipment

Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 75% throughout the US
• Experience working with robots or troubleshooting mechanical systems
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day and physically manage humanoid hardware
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• A passion for helping scale the deployment of humanoid robots
• Excellent physical coordination, spatial awareness, and focus
• Ability to master new physical tasks quickly and find optimal performance methods
• Experience in a customer-facing role
