Human Resources Working Student

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Siemens Energy training concept
• Assist in the use of digital media for education, such as training sessions and learning nuggets
• Contribute to the development of competence management and the evaluation of employee educational measures
• Support the establishment of project and process management structures
• Prepare strategic portfolio developments for management level
• Assist in educational projects and handle back-office tasks, including desk research, team event planning, and workshop documentation

Requirements

• Current student in Psychology, Economics, Project Management, or Human Resources
• Strong communication skills and high level of initiative
• Structured and independent working style
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
