Human Resources Working Student

Responsibilities

• Structure and prepare data, including the creation and visualization of analyses
• Participate in and lead sub-projects within an HR context, such as organizational culture
• Support the HR team at the Hamburg factory with daily operational tasks
• Handle diverse ad-hoc inquiries regarding HR topics
• Organize and prepare/follow up on workshops and training sessions

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, HR Management, Business Psychology, or a related field
• Very good Excel skills (e.g., Macros, VLOOKUP)
• High level of initiative, organizational talent, and sense of responsibility
• Structured, analytical way of working and a hands-on mentality
• Fluency in both German and English
• Availability for at least 1 year and willingness to work primarily on-site

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP
• Experience working with works councils or committees
• Previous experience in project work
