Human Resources Working Student

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the entire HR team on various HR projects
• Support administrative tasks in daily operations, including creating employment contracts, amendments, and references
• Maintain complete personnel files and ensure data integrity in the HR management system
• Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing, evaluating, and forwarding applications
• Support the system-based management of onboarding and offboarding processes
• Help optimize and further develop the HR process landscape
• Review and maintain templates and HR documentation

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office products
• A structured, diligent, and service-oriented way of working
• High level of motivation, initiative, and commitment
• Friendly, open, and communicative demeanor
• Fluency in English is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial practical experience in the HR field or a focus on human resources within your studies
