Human Resources Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage HR systems including Holded and Bitrix for employee data, schedules, and vacations
• Execute full recruitment cycles using SmartRecruiters, from posting vacancies to candidate communication
• Configure and analyze technical and soft skill assessments via Gorilla Test
• Lead onboarding processes, including welcome manuals, facility tours, and training supervision
• Design talent development plans, career paths, and knowledge tests for SOPs and safety
• Draft job descriptions, recruitment processes, and disciplinary protocols
• Prepare digital reports on KPIs such as talent retention and hiring time
• Act as a key liaison between the CEO, department heads, and employees

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in similar HR functions
• Solid knowledge of current labor legislation and regulations
• Proficiency in HR management software and digital reporting tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• High level of English proficiency
