Human Resources Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage HR systems including Holded and Bitrix for employee data, schedules, and vacations
• Execute full recruitment cycles using SmartRecruiters, including job posting and candidate database management
• Conduct telephone pre-interviews and coordinate interviews with department heads
• Utilize Gorilla Test to configure and evaluate technical and soft skills
• Manage onboarding processes, including welcome manuals, facility tours, and training supervision
• Design and implement talent development plans and career paths
• Draft job descriptions, recruitment processes, and disciplinary protocols
• Prepare digital reports on KPIs such as talent retention and hiring time

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of previous experience in similar HR functions
• Solid knowledge of current labor legislation and regulations
• Proficiency in HR management software and digital reporting tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
