Human Resources Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process and maintain accurate records and deadlines.
• Maintain and update employee personal files and digital archives.
• Systematically manage and record employee leave, attendance, overtime, and medical reports.
• Support the creation of company quality policies and related strategic goals.
• Provide professional guidance to employees and managers regarding HR programs and procedures.
• Audit HR data accuracy and ensure the continuous update of HRIS systems.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Training, and Total Rewards units.
• Act as an informal mentor to support less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Psychology).
• Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment support, or administrative HR processes.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and native-level Turkish.
• High proficiency in MS Office programs, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law and recruitment regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across different cultures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in non-standard situations.
• High level of commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
