Human Resources Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support Fulfillment Center leadership with scheduling, labor planning, and employee relations on-site.
• Manage strategic workforce planning by partnering with Canadian labor providers to optimize staffing levels.
• Ensure all HR policies comply with the Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA) and Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA).
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for warehouse associates and specialized office staff.
• Coordinate Canadian payroll processing and manage employee benefit plans.
• Act as the General Administration (GA) Lead, managing office setup, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance.
• Create and execute Canada-specific onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of Ontario Labor Law (ESA) and Safety (OHSA) regulations.
• Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal) for HQ reporting.
• Legal status to work in Canada (no sponsorship provided).
• Proficiency in using AI and automation to streamline HR operations.
