Human Resources Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and implement all personnel practices, policies, and procedures for the Fort Smith facilities.
• Support management with employee counseling, corrective actions, performance appraisals, and terminations.
• Assist employees with resolving problems, complaints, or conflicts.
• Conduct interviews during incident investigations.
• Manage documentation and record-keeping for personnel files.
• Perform data entry for status changes, absenteeism, and tax updates.
• Actively manage the new hire training program, including trainers and team members.
• Supervise up to 16 employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintain a second-shift schedule (Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related Human Resources experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with SuccessFactors, HR Utilities, and timesheet software.
• Strong knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and governmental regulations.
• Strong mathematical skills for computing rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
