About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly payroll accounting tasks
- Act as a contact person for employees and managers regarding all payroll-related questions
- Manage reporting and certification processes and correspondence with health insurance companies, offices, and authorities
- Assist in audits by social security providers and tax authorities
- Implement structural changes in the duty roster program in consultation with departments
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on HR
- Professional experience in payroll accounting
- Knowledge of collective bargaining law (AVR Caritas) is an advantage
- Independent, conscientious, and structured way of working
- Team player with initiative, service orientation, and accuracy
