Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly payroll accounting tasks
• Act as a contact person for employees and managers regarding all payroll-related questions
• Manage reporting and certification processes and correspondence with health insurance companies, offices, and authorities
• Assist in audits by social security providers and tax authorities
• Implement structural changes in the duty roster program in consultation with departments

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on HR
• Professional experience in payroll accounting
• Knowledge of collective bargaining law (AVR Caritas) is an advantage
• Independent, conscientious, and structured way of working
• Team player with initiative, service orientation, and accuracy
