Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Manage government relations processes and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and Saudization requirements.
• Execute transactions through government platforms such as QIWA, GOSI, and MUQEEM.
• Coordinate with external visa processing providers to manage labor contracts and employee documentation.
• Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee training programs like COOP and TAMHEER.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with the preparation of HR documents in both English and Arabic.
• Liaise with government entities and regulatory bodies to support audits, inspections, and license renewals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in HR operations and government relations within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven hands-on experience with Saudi government portals including QIWA, GOSI, and IQAMA systems.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi labor law and Saudization regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Saudi national.
• CIPD or other relevant HR certification.
