Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line day-to-day responses to employees regarding employment queries, policies, and procedures
• Administer employee payroll processes, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and benefits
• Prepare and maintain reports related to monthly payroll, bonuses, and HR statistics
• Coordinate on and offboarding activities, including state registration and managing employee files
• Perform regular audits of personnel policies, files, and employment records in collaboration with HR Management
• Resolve payroll-related inquiries and coordinate with finance teams as needed
• Maintain contact with external agencies, health and safety providers, and legal advisors
• Support HR priority projects with administrative activities and deadline tracking

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced environment
• Up-to-date knowledge of Serbian labor legislation and payroll processes
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Solid experience with MS Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and social skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
