Human Resources Representative

Responsibilities

• Counsel management and employees on employee relations issues and investigate complaints
• Recruit and interview permanent and temporary candidates to support plant staffing needs
• Support plant management in developing HR solutions aligned with business goals and company values
• Conduct training regarding compliance, skills development, and safety programs
• Maintain and input employee information using SAP Success Factors
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and open enrollment processes
• Serve as a backup for payroll processing and conduct HR transaction audits
• Support the development of local wage scales and administer AAP plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0-3 years of applicable human resources experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers and strong customer focus

Preferred Qualifications

• PHR certification
• Experience in human resources generalist roles within consumer food production or related environments
• Knowledge of SAP Success Factors and ADP
