Human Resources Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide HR service, advice, and counsel to plant management and employees regarding acquisition, development, and retention of human resources.
• Counsel management and employees on employee relations issues and investigate complaints.
• Recruit and interview permanent and temporary candidates.
• Conduct training regarding compliance issues and skills development.
• Coordinate and implement safety programs.
• Maintain and input all employee information using SAP Success Factors.
• Assist employees with benefits, enrollment forms, and open enrollment processes.
• Serve as a backup for payroll processing and conduct HR transaction audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of applicable human resources experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
• Proficiency with SAP Success Factors and ADP (Required).
• Experience in human resources generalist roles within consumer food production or related environments.
• Strong computer skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• PHR certification.
