Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment management and candidate scheduling
  • Support the implementation of school and MBA relationship plans
  • Maintain recruitment reporting tools and databases
  • Manage the Gap Year Program for international interns across global offices
  • Participate in various cross-functional HR projects as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum Bac+3 degree in Human Resources
  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program
  • Seeking an apprenticeship (apprentissage) or professionalization contract
  • Previous experience in an HR department is highly appreciated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good level of English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
