Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment management and candidate scheduling
- Support the implementation of school and MBA relationship plans
- Maintain recruitment reporting tools and databases
- Manage the Gap Year Program for international interns across global offices
- Participate in various cross-functional HR projects as needed
Requirements
- Minimum Bac+3 degree in Human Resources
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program
- Seeking an apprenticeship (apprentissage) or professionalization contract
- Previous experience in an HR department is highly appreciated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good level of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
