Human Resources (People) Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive, high-performance Power BI dashboards with clear storytelling and usability
• Rebuild existing Tableau dashboards in Power BI, ensuring transparent logic mapping and calculation parity
• Optimize data models and queries for performance using relationships, query folding, and measure hygiene
• Apply Row-Level Security (RLS) and publish reports to designated workspaces following established standards
• Produce comprehensive handover documentation, including data sources, assumptions, and refresh behavior
• Perform ad-hoc parity checks and clarify metric definitions to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Execute UAT checklists and data-quality validations to resolve issues systematically
• Follow established data governance, privacy, and security guidelines

Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Power BI expertise, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and performance tuning
• Intermediate Tableau skills with the ability to translate legacy logic and workbooks into Power BI
• Strong attention to detail and experience creating clear technical documentation
• Professional English communication skills with the ability to work independently with global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, or R for troubleshooting and enhancements
• Exposure to HR metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards
• Awareness of Microsoft/Azure administration, including workspaces and gateways
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and lightweight QA processes
• Exposure to HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
