Human Resources Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage US and global immigration programs, including sponsorship of nonimmigrant and immigrant cases
• Oversee Relocation & Immigration programs and monitor all cases
• Partner with legal immigration vendors and hold them to performance standards
• Develop and deliver training for Talent Acquisition and business leaders
• Manage new hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and I-9 compliance
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and Security for new hire setup
• Maintain personnel files and recruiting records in compliance with legal requirements
• Drive strategic program improvements for policies, workflows, and budgets

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in employment-based immigration or global mobility programs
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration processes (H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, L-1, O-1, PERM)
• Experience coordinating domestic and international employee relocation
• Knowledge of Form I-9 compliance and E-Verify
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in global technology, automotive, or high-growth environments
• Experience developing HR policies and compliance programs
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar HR systems
