Human Resources Operations & Knowledge Management Internship

Responsibilities

• Support the organization and continuous improvement of internal HR knowledge bases, including HR chatbot content, policy libraries, and FAQs.
• Collaborate in the design and testing of AI-powered tools to enhance employee self-service experiences.
• Analyze usage data and employee feedback to identify content gaps and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the creation of conversational flows and knowledge articles for AI agents.
• Stay up to date with trends in generative AI and knowledge management to propose innovative enhancements.
• Ensure all materials are aligned with HR processes, policies, and branding.

Requirements

• Senior-year student in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (at least 80% completed).
• Passion for human resources, digital tools, and innovation through AI technologies.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
• Availability to work onsite in Belén, Heredia, for at least 3 full days per week (approx. 28 hours weekly).
