Human Resources Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People team and assist with People Operations projects.
• Assist with employee onboarding activities, including preparing documentation, welcome materials, and coordinating schedules.
• Support learning and development programs by tracking training attendance and maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor probation reviews, employee documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Support office operations, including vendor management, procurement of supplies, and meeting logistics.
• Provide front office support, manage incoming communications, and assist with company merchandise inventory.
• Handle confidential employee and company information with high levels of professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

• Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
