Human Resources Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including employment paperwork, medical insurance, and training workshops.
• Oversee the visa process for new hires via government portals and coordinate relocation logistics.
• Maintain accurate employee records within HRMS systems like BambooHR.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and compensation.
• Support performance management processes, including PIP cycles and disciplinary discussions.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions to promote a positive culture.
• Coordinate offboarding activities, including visa cancellations, exit interviews, and final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and represent the company at the Saudi Labour Office when necessary.
• Prepare monthly HR reports, including visa headcount and quota tracking.

Requirements

• Graduate Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in an HR function.
• Strong knowledge of KSA immigration laws and Saudi Labour Law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills.
