Responsibilities
- Manage time and attendance, including meal file preparation and restaurant voucher orders
- Handle personnel administration such as employee movements, digital filing, and medical visit scheduling
- Support recruitment processes by pre-qualifying CVs via telephone and managing intern recruitment
- Assist with HR communication and the logistics of internal events and integration days
- Manage HR data through collection, entry, and analysis using tools like SAP
- Participate in the deployment of HR policies, including annual reviews and mobility campaigns
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+3 level training program specializing in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- High level of rigor and attention to detail
- Comfortable with telephone communication and professional outreach
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and take initiative
