Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts including conducting interviews and managing selection processes
• Oversee the probationary review process and issue completion letters
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
• Assist with administrative tasks such as processing purchase requisitions and maintaining HR data
• Manage employee accommodation requests and liaise with providers
• Support payroll processing activities and resolve employee inquiries
• Oversee employee uniform distribution and inventory management
• Serve as a point of contact for walk-in employee inquiries

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (desirable)
• Experience in mining, heavy industry, or construction (desirable)
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Resilient nature and openness to change
