About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise and support managers on HR issues including labor law, training, recruitment, and onboarding
- Manage career development, salary evolutions, and annual performance review campaigns
- Lead recruitment processes for permanent employees
- Drive the training process and manage professional development initiatives
- Facilitate social relations, including CSE, elections, and company agreements
- Supervise disciplinary procedures, negotiated departures, and administrative personnel management
- Manage HR tracking tools and reporting
- Ensure legal and social compliance through continuous monitoring of regulations
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role
- Proven experience working in a multisite environment
- Ability to travel regularly to various sites across metropolitan France
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of autonomy, initiative, and decision-making capability
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
