Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers on HR issues including labor law, training, recruitment, and onboarding
• Manage career development, salary evolutions, and annual performance review campaigns
• Lead recruitment processes for permanent employees
• Drive the training process and manage professional development initiatives
• Facilitate social relations, including CSE, elections, and company agreements
• Supervise disciplinary procedures, negotiated departures, and administrative personnel management
• Manage HR tracking tools and reporting
• Ensure legal and social compliance through continuous monitoring of regulations

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role
• Proven experience working in a multisite environment
• Ability to travel regularly to various sites across metropolitan France
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High level of autonomy, initiative, and decision-making capability
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
