Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Highland Heights Manufacturing Leadership team to support approximately 150 employees
• Strategize organizational development, talent management, labor relations, and performance management
• Serve as a trusted business partner and advisor to align people strategy with business objectives
• Act as a change agent to implement processes that prepare employees for organizational transformation
• Lead HR data improvement initiatives to identify areas for standardization and automation
• Execute corporate initiatives and projects cohesively across all functional levels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources
• 7+ years of Human Resource experience
• Proven experience in business partnering, coaching, and progressive organizational development
• Strong background in employee relations and operational HR excellence
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility, agility, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience working within a union environment is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Human Resource Management
• SHRM certification
