- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Supervise payroll processing and calculation
- Manage mandatory training and internal development programs
- Lead actions related to labor legislation and labor relations
- Promote human talent management aligned with company objectives
Requirements
- Degree and professional membership in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations, or Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles or 5 years in HR management
- Knowledge of national labor legislation and amendments
- Knowledge of Outsourcing Law and labor relations management
- Knowledge of labor jurisprudence and procedures
- Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (SIG)
- Knowledge of IPERC, IAAS, and incident/accident investigation
- Knowledge of waste management and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment standards
- Knowledge of first aid
- Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Leadership, organization, and effective communication skills
