Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the People & Culture Department
• Maximize guest service and team experience through proactive problem resolution
• Develop and implement human resources initiatives and hotel targets
• Manage the full employee life cycle, fostering growth and performance
• Own the Human Resources budget and training plan
• Review employee resourcing, compensation, development, and succession plans
• Ensure compliance with all legislation and due diligence requirements

• Proven experience in Human Resources
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service in the hospitality industry
• Ability to provide creative solutions and professional advice
• Personal integrity and ability to work in a high-excellence environment
