Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the People & Culture department, managing all areas of responsibility to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement human resources initiatives and plans to achieve hotel targets.
• Manage the full employee life cycle, fostering a culture of growth, development, and high performance.
• Oversee the Human Resources budget and training plans in collaboration with management.
• Review and recommend improvements for employee resourcing, compensation, development, and succession planning.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation and maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Human Resources management.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to offer creative solutions.
• Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to exceptional service.
• High level of personal integrity and the ability to work in a high-excellence environment.
