Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's HR policy in alignment with Group orientations and local operational needs
• Support managers and operational teams in human and organizational management
• Drive constructive social dialogue and manage employee relations (IRP)
• Manage an HR team consisting of an HR Officer and an apprentice
• Deploy Group HR policies while ensuring legal and social compliance
• Contribute to industrial transformation projects, including reorganizations
• Oversee recruitment, workforce planning (GPEC), and site training programs
• Supervise payroll, personnel administration, and HR reporting
• Manage disciplinary procedures and legal disputes
• Drive CSR initiatives and develop internal/external communication and employer branding

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field
• Confirmed experience as an HR Manager within an industrial environment
• Fluent English (both oral and written)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage organizational and human challenges
