About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the site's HR policy in alignment with Group orientations and local operational needs
- Support managers and operational teams in human and organizational management
- Drive constructive social dialogue and manage employee relations (IRP)
- Manage an HR team consisting of an HR Officer and an apprentice
- Deploy Group HR policies while ensuring legal and social compliance
- Contribute to industrial transformation projects, including reorganizations
- Oversee recruitment, workforce planning (GPEC), and site training programs
- Supervise payroll, personnel administration, and HR reporting
- Manage disciplinary procedures and legal disputes
- Drive CSR initiatives and develop internal/external communication and employer branding
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field
- Confirmed experience as an HR Manager within an industrial environment
- Fluent English (both oral and written)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage organizational and human challenges
