Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for plant and business leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities to drive growth and operational performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing local HR team, fostering accountability and professional growth.
• Design and implement HR programs that strengthen company culture and reinforce organizational values.
• Drive talent development and workforce planning to bridge capability gaps and build strong succession pipelines.
• Manage employee relations, including complex workplace investigations and grievances, in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
• Maintain productive labor relations by managing relationships with union representatives and leading annual Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations.
• Utilize HR data analytics to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR leadership or management experience within a multinational manufacturing organization.
• Direct experience in automotive manufacturing is required.
• Proven track record of managing and developing HR professional teams.
• Deep knowledge of Mexican Employment Law (including NOM-035, overtime compliance, and employee settlements).
• Experience navigating labor unions and managing collective bargaining processes.
• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to present strategic results to global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting organizations through rapid growth, transformation, or expansion.
• Background in electronics manufacturing within the automotive supply chain.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to navigate conflict with respect and clarity.
