About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and Talent COEs to develop talent plans that build bench strength and align with organizational transformation.
- Manage employee relations by conducting internal investigations, coaching on complex issues, and maintaining a responsive, open environment.
- Support employee experience programs including engagement surveys, stay interviews, and action planning.
- Utilize data and analytics to provide reports on employee metrics and present monthly KPI results to the executive team.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure efficient staffing, execute job fairs, and manage headcount reporting.
- Oversee payroll-related tasks including weekly timesheet audits and administration of attendance policies.
- Support talent management processes such as annual performance reviews, merit cycles, and internal mobility.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive talent experience supporting senior leaders and aligning talent to business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist.
- Up-to-date knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
