Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the management committee and operational managers in deploying company transformation
• Provide support to operational managers in team management
• Define and implement the site training plan and monitor skill management
• Manage recruitment and integration of point-of-sale employees
• Lead social dialogue with social partners (CSE) and unions
• Manage disciplinary files including dismissals, incapacity, and mutual termination agreements
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the personnel cost budget
• Monitor and analyze key social indicators (KPIs) for the sites
• Participate in multidisciplinary or transverse working groups within the region

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac + 4/5) in Human Resources
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an HR Manager
• Experience in retail or service industries preferred
• Strong knowledge of labor law
• Ability to support change management and HR policy deployment
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing individual and collective social situations
