About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR advisor to frontline supervisors regarding employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Ensure consistent interpretation and application of HR policies across all shifts and departments
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions for policy or compliance concerns
- Support recruiting efforts for both hourly and salaried roles and lead the onboarding process
- Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, safety, accountability, and teamwork
- Maintain active floor presence to proactively address workforce concerns and coach leaders on documentation practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of minimum experience with a strong focus on employee relations
- Proven experience supporting Human Resources within a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR systems such as SuccessFactors or ADP
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
