Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR leadership across multiple manufacturing facilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of five or more HR professionals
• Act as a trusted advisor to operations leadership regarding workforce effectiveness and engagement
• Conduct workplace investigations involving employee complaints and policy violations
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting, workforce planning, and onboarding
• Analyze workforce metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and retention trends
• Oversee the performance appraisal process and support leadership development
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience
• At least 3 years in a managerial role within a multi-site, multi-shift manufacturing or industrial environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations (FLSA, ERISA, ACA, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency with UKG HRIS and workforce management tools
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
• Ability to travel occasionally for overnight support of multiple facilities

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
