Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise plant leadership on all HR-related matters with a focus on manufacturing workforce dynamics
• Lead the development and execution of HR strategies supporting production and operational objectives
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Promote a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement across manufacturing sites
• Manage stakeholder engagement and change management processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
• At least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Comprehensive understanding of labor relations and workforce planning in production environments
• Expertise in compliance and risk management for self-insured workers' compensation and benefits
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and data analytics
• Ability to travel 40% or more as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Professional certifications such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP
