Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations to ensure compliance
• Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees for vacant positions
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
• Partners with compensation team to review job descriptions and support performance evaluation programs
• Develops and maintains affirmative action programs and files EEO-1 annually
• Coordinates training and educational activities for the plant
• Provides employee relations counseling, coaching, and corrective action administration
• Oversees and monitors Ethical Sourcing guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of experience in training and human resources
• Proficiency with computers
• Knowledge of accounting and financial principles
• Strong training, communication, and public speaking skills
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and employees
