About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of personnel policies, procedures, and the employee handbook
- Execute advanced data analytics to convert workforce metrics into actionable business intelligence
- Oversee benefits administration, including claims resolution, invoice approval, and employee communication
- Manage employee relations, including counseling, outplacement, and exit interviewing
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
- Support the recruitment process for all exempt and nonexempt personnel
- Oversee new-employee orientations and monitor career-pathing programs
- Maintain human resource information system (HRIS) records and compile strategic reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of total human resources experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Management role
- Proven experience working within mid-to-large sized companies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a human resources role for a public company
- High proficiency in problem-solving, analysis, and advanced communication
