Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate human resources strategies in Costa Rica to ensure business continuity and alignment with organizational culture.
• Design and plan HR tactics in collaboration with Central American management to support the overall business plan and mission.
• Advise management and supervisors on legal and ethical labor matters to foster an inclusive and just work environment.
• Lead automation, digitalization, and people analytics strategies to support data-driven decision-making.
• Improve talent attraction, selection, and hiring processes through new tools and technologies.
• Strengthen employee experience by managing labor climate, internal communication, and engagement programs.
• Ensure the correct application of compensation policies to maintain external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Support occupational health and safety programs to promote a culture of prevention and high productivity.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of local Labor Legislation.
• Proficiency in People Analytics, Power BI, and AI applications.
• Experience in the development of statistical personnel indicators.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience (including experience as an HR Generalist, Specialist, or HRBP/Coordinator).
